Aurora finds herself targeted by a killer who leaves her mysterious messages and deliberately provokes her into a game of cat and mouse. As more and more people close to Aurora become targets of vandalism, Aurora realizes that she is in danger, and all the messages seem to lead to the murder of Aurora Teagarden.
